Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy

This Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy applies to consumers who purchase products remotely through the Entopizo online store. It does not affect any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation.
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase, without providing any reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the product.
Where multiple products from the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the final product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Entopizo of your decision before the fourteen-day period expires by sending a clear written statement to:

Your notification should include:
Your full name.
Your order or invoice number.
The product or products you wish to return.
The date on which you received the order.
Your contact details.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal without providing a reason.
2. Returning the products
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must send or deliver the products to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal.

Please include a copy of the purchase receipt, invoice or other proof of purchase inside the package.
The product must be returned with all accessories, manuals, cables, components and other items originally supplied with it. The original packaging should also be included wherever reasonably possible.
The customer may inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. The customer may be held responsible for any reduction in the product’s value resulting from handling, use, installation, removal, damage or alteration beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect the product.
Customers are advised to package returned products securely, use a tracked delivery service and retain proof of dispatch until the return has been completed.
3. Return shipping costs
The direct cost of returning a product following a change of mind or exercise of the right of withdrawal is borne entirely by the customer.
Entopizo does not provide prepaid return labels for standard withdrawal returns. The customer may select the carrier and shipping method, provided that the product is returned safely to the address stated above.
The customer is also responsible for any costs associated with uninstalling or removing a product from a vehicle, vessel, machine or other asset, unless the return concerns a confirmed defective or incorrectly supplied product.
No handling or restocking fee will be charged solely because the customer exercises the statutory right of withdrawal.
4. Refunds
Once the withdrawal request has been accepted, Entopizo will refund the payments received for the returned product, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered, where required by applicable law.
Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer selecting an express, premium or other more expensive delivery method are not refundable beyond the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method has been expressly agreed. The customer will not incur additional fees as a result of the refund.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which Entopizo is informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw.
Entopizo may withhold the refund until:
The returned products have been received; or
The customer provides sufficient evidence that the products have been dispatched,
whichever occurs first.
Where the returned product has suffered a reduction in value due to use, installation, damage, missing accessories or handling beyond what was necessary to inspect it, Entopizo may make an appropriate deduction from the refund, as permitted by applicable law.
5. Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products
The above customer-paid return shipping rule applies to returns made because the customer has changed their mind or exercised the ordinary right of withdrawal.
Where a product is defective, damaged upon delivery, materially different from its description or incorrectly supplied by Entopizo, the customer should contact us before returning it.
Following confirmation of the issue, Entopizo will provide appropriate return instructions. The reasonable return cost for a confirmed defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied product will be borne by Entopizo, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
The legal rights relating to defective or non-conforming products are separate from, and are not limited by, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
6. Installed, activated or configured products
GPS trackers and related telematics equipment may require installation, configuration, activation or connection to a SIM card, platform or subscription service.
Where installation, configuration, activation or another service has begun at the customer’s express request before the end of the withdrawal period, the customer may be required to pay the proportionate cost of the services already performed up to the date of withdrawal.
Installation, removal, use or alteration of a device may also cause a reduction in its resale value. Where permitted by law, this reduction in value may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Activation or configuration of a product does not automatically remove the customer’s statutory rights. Each return will be assessed according to the nature of the product, the services supplied and the applicable consumer protection legislation.
7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products or services, including, where permitted by applicable law:
Products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised for the customer.
Sealed software or similar sealed products after the seal has been broken.
Digital content whose supply has begun following the customer’s express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal would be lost.
Services that have been fully performed following the customer’s express prior request and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal would be lost once the service was completed.
Other products or services that are legally excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
A product is not considered personalised merely because standard activation or ordinary configuration has taken place, unless the product has been genuinely manufactured or materially modified according to the customer’s individual specifications.
8. Business purchases
The statutory fourteen-day consumer right of withdrawal generally applies to purchases made by consumers and not to purchases made by companies, professionals or other legal entities for business purposes.
Returns relating to business purchases are subject to the terms agreed between Entopizo and the business customer, without prejudice to any rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
